At Bellmoro, we want you to love your purchase. Each pair of shoes is handcrafted from genuine leather, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If something isn't right, this policy explains exactly how returns and exchanges work.

From the date of delivery shown in your order tracking, on unused, unworn products in original condition.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your order tracking. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Section 02

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn, with no signs of wear on the soles, upper leather, or insoles.
  • In its original condition, including the original shoebox, dust bag, tags, and any accessories that came with it.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
  • Free from damage caused by improper handling, exposure to water, heat, or chemicals, or any alteration made after delivery.

A Note on Leather

Because our shoes are made from genuine, full-grain leather, minor natural variations in grain, texture, or shade between the product you receive and the product photos are characteristic of the material and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been worn outdoors or show any signs of use.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or personalised products, unless received damaged or defective.
  • Products without their original packaging, tags, or invoice.

Section 03

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you, once the issue is verified.

Section 04

How to Initiate

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at bellmoroindia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility, usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will share instructions for sending the product back to us, including the return address and any applicable shipping arrangements.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Customer covers return shipping

Exact shipping arrangements and costs, if any, will be confirmed when your return request is approved.

Section 06

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, let us know when you initiate your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead, at your preference. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be communicated and settled accordingly.

Section 07

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders (card, UPI, net banking) are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued via bank transfer; we will request your bank account details for this purpose once your return is approved.
  • It may take a few additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges, if any were paid at checkout, are non-refundable except in cases of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, return and exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis due to customs and international shipping considerations. Please contact us at bellmoroindia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the process, including any return shipping costs, customs documentation, or duties that may apply.

Section 09

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return once it is delivered, subject to this policy.
