Products & Descriptions

Every Bellmoro product is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans using premium full-grain and top-grain calf leather sourced from certified tanneries. Our leather is predominantly vegetable-tanned to ensure durability, patina development, and ethical production practices.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Colour variation: Natural leather exhibits tonal variations between hides. Display colours may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor calibration and screen settings.
  • Texture & grain: As a natural material, leather grain, pore pattern, and surface markings are inherent characteristics — not defects — and may vary between pairs.
  • Handcrafted nature: Minor variations in stitching, finishing, and sole attachment are hallmarks of genuine handcraft and are not considered manufacturing flaws.
  • Sizing: Bellmoro sizes follow Indian and UK standard sizing. We recommend consulting our size guide before ordering. Sizing can vary slightly between styles.

Craftsmanship Note

Bellmoro shoes are built using the Goodyear Welt, Blake Stitch, and hand-sewn methods as appropriate to each style. The sole and upper of your footwear may be resoled and recrafted — we encourage you to reach out for our care and restoration programme to extend the life of your shoes for generations.

Bellmoro reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice. Availability shown on the Website is indicative and subject to change.

Section 04

Orders & Payments

All orders placed on www.bellmoro.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) under these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any stage, including after confirmation, in the following circumstances:

  • Product availability or stock discrepancies identified after order placement.
  • Errors in product description or pricing published on the Website.
  • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious payment activity.
  • Inability to verify delivery address or customer identity.
  • Failure to obtain payment authorisation.

A binding contract between you and Bellmoro is formed only upon dispatch of your order, confirmed by a shipping notification sent to your registered email address.

Full payment is required at the time of order for all standard products. For bespoke and custom orders, a 50% advance deposit is required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance due prior to dispatch.

Section 05

Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on Bellmoro's Website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as per prevailing Indian tax regulations, unless otherwise stated.

Bellmoro reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid at the previous price, except in cases of manifest pricing errors.

In the event of a pricing error on the Website — where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price — Bellmoro reserves the right to cancel the order(s) placed at that incorrect price and will offer customers the option to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Promotional discount codes, seasonal offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to their own specific terms and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Section 06

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Bellmoro offers made-to-order and fully bespoke footwear programmes for discerning customers. Custom orders are governed by the following specific conditions in addition to these general Terms:

  • Non-refundable deposit: A 50% advance is collected before production commences. This deposit is non-refundable once leatherwork begins, as materials are cut and prepared specifically for your order.
  • Non-returnable: Custom and bespoke orders are made exclusively to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Production timelines: Custom orders typically require 4–8 weeks from design confirmation to dispatch. Timelines are estimates; delays due to material sourcing or craftsmanship quality checks will be communicated promptly.
  • Design approval: Customers will receive a design brief and material swatch approval before production begins. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
  • Measurements: Accurate foot measurements are the customer's responsibility. Bellmoro cannot be held responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Bespoke Promise

Every bespoke Bellmoro shoe is signed by the artisan who crafted it. We stand behind the quality of every pair. If a bespoke pair does not meet our quality benchmarks, we will recraft it at no additional cost — your satisfaction is our standard.

Bellmoro ships across India via trusted logistics partners. All orders are dispatched from our atelier in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Shipping timelines and conditions are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, remote locations, or logistics partner delays. Bellmoro is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to support@bellmoro.com.

Bellmoro currently ships within India only. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly for international order enquiries.

Section 08

Returns & Exchanges

Bellmoro offers a 15-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for standard (non-custom) purchases, subject to the following conditions:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all original packaging, dust bags, and shoe trees included.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented or quoted at the time of return.
  • Products showing signs of wear, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items, discounted products, and items purchased during clearance events are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at support@bellmoro.com or call us during business hours. We will arrange reverse pickup through our logistics partner from most PIN codes across India.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item, to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Section 09

Warranty & Quality

Every pair of Bellmoro shoes carries a 6-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty covers:

  • Sole separation or delamination under normal wear conditions.
  • Stitching failure not caused by misuse or excessive wear.
  • Structural integrity defects in the leather upper attributable to manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scuffing, creasing, and sole wearing.
  • Damage from exposure to excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or abrasive surfaces.
  • Alterations or repairs carried out by any party other than Bellmoro.
  • Cosmetic damage including colour fading from sunlight or misuse.

To make a warranty claim, please contact support@bellmoro.com with your order number, purchase date, and photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Bellmoro Website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design marks, product photographs, copy, typography, editorial text, lookbook imagery, and website architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bellmoro and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Bellmoro Website without prior written consent.
  • Use Bellmoro's trademarks, trade names, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to access or index the Website's content.
